Yoga & Detox Day 15

We had friends over for dinner and opted to do a "starch" meal. Buckwheat soba noodles (100% buckwheat), stir fried veggies with a little butter, a touch of sesame oil, garlic, ginger, jalapeno and raw soy sauce. Yum! At this point, our dinner guests can hardly tell it's a detox meal!

Yoga Day 15: Solo practice Monday. It was good - I had a good amount of time to do it right! :)

Detox Day 15:

It's getting repetitive I know...but...

Breakfast:
Green Lemonade

Lunch:
"The Usual" - Spinach, tomatoes, raw corn & avocado.

Dinner:
More Spinach and tomatoes with avocado.
Buckwheat noodle stir fry.

Dessert:
Chocolate, berries and red wine.

Calories: 1350!
Weight: Still hanging out at about 11 pounds lost...
